Past Wednesday 11th September we went live with the new version of myCargo.
We did notice some defects and we do apologize for the inconvenience caused. Our Digital teams are working hard on resolving these items. Below you can see what we´re currently working on to fix soon.
- Not being able to Track your Shipments via afklcargo.com (not myCargo) due to a redirect to the myCargo logon page – partly fixed, we are working on a full solution from our side. In the meantime you can track you shipments via this link: https://www.afklcargo.com/mycargo/shipment/singlesearch
- Issues with saved URL´s in favorites / bookmarks. Although we are working on this issue, we kindly advice you to clear your cache and cookies to go to our new environment. The new URL of myCargo is: https://www.afklcargo.com/mycargo/account/login
We are aware we face some other issues as well, on which we are also working. We will keep you informed about our fixes via this page.
