Les perturbations

Latest update: 20 March 2023 13:00 hours CET

Virtually all of France’s trade unions have again called for a nationwide strike starting Thursday 23 March at 00:00 hours CET until Friday 24 March 07:00 hours CET, to protest the pension reforms announced by the French government. Vast numbers of employees in France will be on strike, including staff working at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport.

To limit the impact of the strike as much as possible, we will unfortunately be forced to take the following steps for the strike period only:

• Embargo on all AVI origin, transit and final destination CDG, except for chick/HEG bookings already made up to and including today;
• Embargo on all DGR transit CDG;
• Embargo on FISH/SLMN, transit or final destination CDG, except for shipments originating within Europe;
• Cancellation of a number of trucks to and from CDG;
• Limits on the number of pallets arriving at CDG on various ICA flights.

Our teams will do their utmost to find alternative solutions for shipments affected by the above measures.
