Our slogan is ‘Freight made personal', and we are serious about that. It means we use your feedback for our on-going improvement. Our annual survey, conducted in late 2014, highlighted some clear areas that you would like us to improve upon.

Thank you for your active participation, which is reflected in an increase in the number of questionnaires completed compared to the previous year. For us at AIR FRANCE-KLM-MARTINAIR Cargo, the results of these surveys are very exciting. Has our hard work and strong customer focus paid off? As a whole, we can report that a significant number of you (over 70%) highlighted your strong relationship with us.We take pride in the fact that many of you (74%) are willing to recommend using our company and that you appreciate us for our solutions. But you have also pointed out some clear areas where you feel we can improve, such as greater consistency in our operational processes and a faster and more secure repair process. We take these remarks very seriously, and we aim to work together with you to improve our services. For this reason, we have already implemented a number of actions relating to these topics, and we will strive to offer you a smoother experience. We sincerely appreciate your feedback and we will make sure that your particular comments and requirements are passed on to your dedicated sales representative, in order to improve our standards of service so that they meet your expectations.
